You can also choose to leave a bequest to RG. Donating to a charitable cause is an appreciated Christmas gift, birthday present, or gift for various special occasions. All contributions, big or small, are warmly welcomed.
Good reasons to donate
Donations to RG’s operations mean that more people with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions get the opportunity to be inspired and develop the skills needed to fully participate in society.
RG serves as a bridge between healthcare and everyday life for people with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions. After completing rehabilitation within the healthcare system, everyday life often presents new challenges that can be difficult to learn to master. At RG, individuals can continue to grow and learn with the help of the method of Active Rehabilitation.

Why does RG need donations?
RG is a non-profit membership organization. This means that part of our operations is funded by grants from the government and regional authorities. These grants are decided year by year and are usually static, meaning they do not increase in line with normal cost increases but – at best – remain at the same level as before. Each year, the organization must therefore find ways to either reduce costs or increase its own revenue. This puts RG in a tough financial situation, and that is why all financial contributions are very important.
What is your donation used for?
Your donation goes toward courses and camps for adults and children with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions, as well as outreach work, where people with spinal cord injuries visit newly injured patients in the hospital.
RG’s Introductory Course is an important step for many who have sustained a spinal cord injury. In the film, you can learn more about the course and what our activities mean to the participants.
How do I donate?
How do I include RG in my will?
In your will, you need to specify RG Aktiv Rehabilitering as the beneficiary and remember to include the Swedish corporate registration number 815200-7962. It is important that the will meets the formal requirements to be valid, e.g. regarding dating, signature and witnessing. Please contact a lawyer.
